Account Opening

You can open Brokerage Account and / or Futures Account with Astrum Capital Management Limited via following ways:

• Come to our office in person located at Room 2704, 27/F, Tower 1, Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong
• On-line download Account Opening Form
• Request us to send you the Account Opening Form

• If customers come to our office in person to open a brokerage account and / or futures account, please bring the following documents along :-
  • Copy of HKID Card / Passport
  • Proof of residential address within the past three months; e.g. Recent utilities bills, bank statements

• Company Account (applicable for company incorporated in Hong Kong only).
  The following corporate documents to be provided herewith:
  • Board Resolution to open an account with Astrum Capital Management Ltd
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Business Registration Certificate
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Latest Financial Statements
  • Copy of I.D. Card of all directors and authorized persons

• Company Account (applicable for company incorporated in off-shore).
  The following corporate documents to be provided herewith:
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Business Registration Certificate
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Latest Financial Statements
  • Copy of Identity Card/Passport of all directors and authorized personsCopy of Identity Card/Passport of all directors and authorized persons
  • Register of Directors
  • Register of Shareholders
  • Certificate of Good Standing
